Systems/Projects

We will overview and when possible demonstrate various systems, in order to create a diverse picture of what is being done in the area of dialogue modelling for various applications, and what the hot issues are. We will try to ask and answer the following questions about each system:

• what does (and doesn't) it do
• what is the application scenario
• what architecture is being used
• what sample dialogues can be handled
• is there a corpus
• what issues are being addressed (type of dialogue, natural language and dialogue phenomena, modalities)
• what approach to dialogue modelling is employed
• has there been an evaluation
