4.2 The CLT tool

The CLT (http://www.clt-st.de/) tool is a tool for designing FSA dialogue managers. It is easy to use, as it is based on a graphical user interface (GUI). We are going to describe both the functions available in the tool and at the same time give specific instructions of use, as you will be asked to use the CLT tool for the practical exercise.
