Inhalt

This course will cover the classical methods and algorithms used in the morphological and syntactic analysis and generation of sentences. Central issues will be finite state technology for tokenization and morphological processing, shift-reduce and left-corner parsing, the use of charts in analysis and generation, and processing with unification-based grammars.
