Speech Science at Saarland University

The Speech Science group (formerly Phonetcis & Phonology) is part of the Department of Language Science and Technology (LST). Faculty members of the group are involved in several Bachelor and Master degree programs at Saarland University (UdS). Research and teaching cover experimental phonetics, laboratory phonology and linguistic analyses of speech. Active research areas include speech production and perception, prosody and intonation, first and second language acquisition as well as sound change.
