Each team will be lent the following LEGO MindStorms sets:

• Robotics Invention System 2.0
• Ultimate Builders Set

To be lent these materials, students must sign an agreement.

LEGO Germany has kindly provided us with four Robotics Invention System kits and four Ultimate Builders kits, for the purpose of this course.

Teaching materials: Dialog systems

The course will involve an introduction to dialog systems that will be taught as a virtual course within the framework of the MiLCA project.

Teaching materials: Implementing PC/RCX communication in JAVA

To be able to relay information between the dialog system (running on a PC) and the robot, Alexander has implemented a Java API that handles this communication. The slides detailing the API are viewable here: DialogMessage.htm.
