An overview of ETAP-3 multipurpose linguistic processor

The talk will give an overview of several NLP applications, developed in the Institute for Information Transmission Problems, Russian Academy of Sciences, including a system of machine translation between Russian and English, a UNL converer and deconverter, and SynTagRus, a corpus of Russian texts fully tagged with syntactic dependencies. The focus will be placed on two types of linguistic resources, the syntactic parser and the combinatorial dictionary.
